Depends on the other components.

If it's a constant 60 and your ping is okay, then yes (and you have a 60hz monitor)

So it should go from ping. Sometimes it looks strange on a monitor with a lot of hz if the game doesn't have as many fps. At 144hz it should still work

I still don't know how many FPS I have or will have, it was only said because of the PC
