Use a second monitor ingame?

I connected a second monitor to my PC via VGA, but when I'm playing Minecraft, I can't go to the other monitor with the mouse. And yes, I know that I have to go to the break menu.

You can briefly minimize the game with F11 and then do everything and then increase it again with F11

there's no other way to go out
