My friend has a PC and his screen doesn't show anything, so it's completely black. We were playing Minecraft when he said his screen was black. Can someone help us?
Plug in the plug.
If it has a graphics card, the HDMI / VGA / DisplayPort should also be plugged in there. If he doesn't have one, on the mainboard
He thinks his plug is inside
Then I would restart the computer.
If he has done it now he says it says "Automatic repair we're preparing", then he said: "What a crass computer, repairs itself" XD
Now the screen is black again
Since the signal is received apparently according to the comments, everything should fit in with the connections. It may be that the graphics card is spinning around. Try the following keyboard shortcut:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B
He thinks nothing happens there
Is there a beeping sound? Does the cable have a loose connection?
There's no beeping sound and he says the cable does not have a loose connection either
Start in the safe mode (google if necessary) and uninstall the graphics driver there with the program "display driver uninstaller". Start anew. Then reinstall.
