I have a question about my RTX 2080 S.
I recently assembled a PC, it went well for a while, from today the fans of the GPU were extremely loud / fast. I noticed that I have a GPU utilization in e.g. Minecraft 60% and in the Assassins Creed titles Origins or Odyssey strangely 100%. The temperature remains constant at 78 ° C

What does the fan control in the NVidia controll pannel say.
And don't think it has to run at 100% with Minecraft, it only works if everything is actually used and Minecraft is programmed as "garbage" and waits for many things that are then probably processed with the CPU.
