I have heard many times that there's a new Minecraft update 1.15 but I still play in 1.14.60. Could someone help me further?
p.s. I play Minecraft on an Apple tablet.

Minecraft Java 1.15 is the latest version!
What is not clear to you is that there are two Minecraft variants: One Minecraft Bedrock Edition and one Java Edition.
Minecraft Bedrock Edition is a Minecraft that is more designed for gaming consoles, mobile devices (such as for Android, Windows Scrap Phone, and IOS). And since you say Apple Tablet, I assume that you have an iPad and that you also use Minecraft Bedrock Edition (a stripped down Minecraft version).
Minecraft Java Edition is only available for PC (i.e. For Linux, Mac and Windows PC). And yes 1.15 is currently only available in Java version, not yet in your Bedrock Edition.
How long later? Do you know that roughly. I have the same proplem☹️

The version number! At Bedrock, 1.15 means 1.14!
The thing is:
The version number are different. 1.15 is 1.14 with you, 1.16 is 1.15. As for the update: on June 23, the Nether update for Java came out as 1.16 and for Bedrock as 1.15.

Otherwise, switch to a PC and use the Java version. It's much better, because you have free texture and a lot more mods to download.
