I have installed Optifine since yesterday to play Minecraft with shaders. I always have around 200 fps but every 3-6 seconds my fps drops to 0.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hm so you could just go through the whole settings and see if you see something flashy, otherwise install another Optifine version. Assigning more RAM to the Optifine profile may also help.
Have you ever tried LabyMod? There Optifine is integrated there. If it's like that, it's either on your PC or on your Minecraft, otherwise on Optifine itself!
Labymod is just a combination of many mods. Labymod will probably aggravate the problem because of the many addons.
You can choose at the beginning of the installation process, which mods should be installed! That's why you can just choose "Optifine"!
Personally, I know myself very well with the LabyMod!
