Minecraft high FPS in single play but low FPS in multiplayer?

My problem is that I can easily use my PC in single player with Optifine and Shader up to 80 FPS but always get below 20 in multiplayer. What is that please help me?

It is possible that the server of mince asks in the. Not so good online and that's why it's lagging. You need a really good server I think
