I installed with Forge for the 1.7.10 mods and everything works wonderfully. Now I also want to get Forge for 1.13.2, but when I double-click the installer file from the official Forge page, the file opens with Express Zip. If I uninstall Express Zip, I can no longer do anything with the file. Does anyone know what's wrong?
What is that file? (which ending has it)
It is a .jar file

Could it be that you can only install one Forge instance at a time? I'm not very familiar with Forge, but I would appreciate that now.

I also needed something, but the solution was - download the latest java and install it.
Then double click on the jar file and then select java to open, then the window that you are looking for came.
