CPU / GPU usage low when gaming?

I noticed while playing that I have less FPS despite more power. For example in Minecraft on Hypixel in the lobby I often "only" have 100-200 fps although my components are usually only half loaded. But this is also the case in other games such as GTA, CsGo and others. What can that be?
Have a Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 3060ti and 16 GB Corsair RAM.

It is obvious. The components will not work to their full capacity to generate FPS that are not even displayed.

Other apps are often running in the background.

I can't tell you anything about the other games, but Minecraft only uses one core. In addition, the graphics card is not so important in Minecraft as long as you don't use a shader. You can use a shader and, depending on the setting, your GPU will then be fully utilized.

There can be various reasons for this.

But if you only have a 144hz screen then you don't have to worry

Insufficient power supply
Temperatures too high
No power is required

Etc.

In Hypixel, the FPS are generally not particularly high.

That's not the problem here. Minecraft e.g. Can't use its CPU completely even if it had 2FPS.

The reason in this case is that Minecraft only uses one core. This has nothing to do with hypixels or insufficient power.
The FPS on Hypixel are not that high because Minecraft is self-limiting and there are often many entities on Hypixel.
