Minecraft Support? - 1

I have problems with my Minecraft account, so I wrote to Mojang Support and have been waiting for an answer for about a week. My question is whether this is normal, whether you may have had such experiences and how long the waiting times are approximately.

I had to wait a month. If I got it right, Mojang has fixed times at which to answer the questions.
