Get a PC with AMD Ryzen and a suitable socket AM4 board with B or X chipset, plus a AMD graphics card.
You can't expect much at the price. As a simple home station for surfing, video guggen bisserl What's App or, Telegram, etc. Emails, spreadsheets, word processing, etc. The box is 100% sufficient. I wouldn't want to use such garbage for more, especially because of the grotty bad GPU (in the CPU from Intel) solution (Intel HD Graphics). Can be happy if you get reasonably working drivers for it.

Buy the components from shops that offer more than what you can find in Amazon. You should buy something from shops that specialize in it and not from Amazon! I still knew Amazon because I only got books, CD, DVD and films (then on VHS).
