So with HDD hard drive was the normal white, so I could play on Minecraft with shaders so with 70 to 100 FPS, since I have SSD and fresh Windows, I usually get now mostly 150 to 170 FPS Shadermod which is much more than at old windows with HDD. How can that be? Does SSD additionally speed up game performance?
Actually, an SSD does not make a difference in terms of frame rates. Except possibly less drops when landing the textures. But if the game or the files are in the graphics memory, and you have enough Vram, it does not matter if SSD or HDD.
Maybe you had some food bag in your old Windows that is now ironed out with the reinstallation.
An SSD is faster at startup and load times, but as far as the FPS number is concerned, it's because you've reinstalled Windows, which makes a PC faster and faster.
With you, only the freshly installed windows helped to more power. But that will change over time and worsen again:

Since you have the update function set to Automatic (by the reinstallation) so also problematic updates have been loaded by MS. These can also lead to a deterioration again and even an SSD would not help there. The SSD serves only to transfer various data faster than a conventional hard drive. So has nothing to do with added value of FPS.
If you want to get away from the Windows Mist in general, only the way to a Linux distribution is free.
But with Linux mint you can't play games mind-boggling.
Exactly if a game does not have to reload constantly then the SSD only brings something in the beginning. So come on the game and I guess the Minecraft has to reload relatively little or the speed is not crucial if you do not fly straight through the world.
