I'm permanently kicked on my Nitrado server?

I rented a server for Minecraft with a couple of friends at Nitrado, but I get kicked all the time and the message there's "International Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of seven is below server threshold of 256 "what do I have to do?

Too little information. Which version, vanilla, spigot, paper, mods or what?

latest.log is helpful. Otherwise delete everything and start over and first learn how to handle a Minecraft server.

Normal vanilla 1.16.5

Use 1.16.4, it can also be played with 1.16.5.
