On which side can you buy a minecraft server without paying monthly?

I want to buy a server in minecraft where I do not have to pay monthly because I'm still 15 and can't pay monthly, so because someone knows a page? So under 15 euro or so for a small server?

Nobody does that for 15 euro. But you get a small server for 3 months for 15 euro at https://deinserverhost.de/ (2GB RAM)

Oh and with ZAP hosting you get a server for 100 euro once payment, I would not do that…
