Share Minecraft server via SSH tunnel?

I have an active Minecraft server under Windows 10 Server and now want to make it accessible from outside. Unfortunately I don't have a public ipv4 address and would therefore like to do it via an ssh tunnel, as I have already done for a cloud.
So I tunneled port 25565 (Minecraft) via ssh, but couldn't join via the associated domain.

Would be very grateful for help with my problem;)

It will be difficult without public IPv4
