Minecraft Multiverse Portals Don't make portals just for owners?

If I also make 1 portal on my server, it is only accessible to me. Why is that so? Do I have to do anything with the permissions? Or am I just doing something wrong?

You have OP, but your players need the rights to use a portal of this type. I recommend Luckperms to you
