In Minecraft have about 187 - 420 FPS. With R6 around 125.

Umsoea r16 is a texture pack. On their side you will find the Seus PTGI shader.

It's very performance hungry you won't get over 60 fps, guess between 20 and 40fps

Apart from that, most shaders are not optimized for AMD cards so you just have to see if it works at all
