I only average ~ 100fps in a normal world even though I have a Ryzen 5 2600 and a Vega 56. I overclocked the CPU to 4 GHz and the Ram runs at 3000mHz.
Minecraft is a very CPU-heavy game and the videos that I saw from the Ryzen 5 2600 were much better, because they had over 1000 fps.
And 100fps is actually enough but somehow the whole thing confuses me.
They probably had other attitudes.
Can be but I actually have rather low settings
Other GraKa?
The graphics card makes almost no difference in Minecraft
Have you already allocated more RAM to MC? Normally 2 GB are always preset.
I assigned 4GB but tried it with 8GB but it makes no difference
Try installing Optifine and test whether shaders will run with much less. Optifine alone can bring more fps.
But in general Vega and RX do not run so well with Mincecraft, I somehow have the feeling…
(personal experience: had significantly more fps in Mincecraft with a Gtx 770 than with an Rx 580 and tested with the same processor, is logical)
Set the refresh rate from Vsync to infinite is such a slide switch
Always play with Optifine. And it is clear that Amd cards and Minecraft are not as compatible as nvidia graphics cards, but that doesn't make a big difference
Do I have
Okay, hmm then I don't know either
Well, apparently yes.
I only had 60 to 100 fps with the Rx 580 in Vanilla Minecraft, so I was very scared. Tested it once with an Fx 6300 @ 3.8Ghz and with a Xeon x5670 @ 4.2Ghz, with both Cpu's the results were really modest.
All other games went really well!
