Server accessible from outside despite DS-Lite (keyword security)?

I recently put together a mini PC that I would like to use primarily as a server (game server).

Hardware:

ASRock DeskMini X300
Crucial BX500 120GB, SATA
G.Skill RipJaws SO-DIMM 16GB, DDR4-3000, CL16-18-18-43
AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G, 4C / 8T, 3.80-4.00GHz or AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G, 6C / 12T, 3.70-4.20GHz

I'm with Vodafone and seem to have a DS-Lite connection. Through a lot of research, I lost track of whether it is possible or not that other people could access my server. I mean, for example, that I create a Minecraft server and friends of mine can play there. I have read that I can make my server accessible from outside via IPv6 without any problems, is that so? Or are there other options? And can my friends join (have access) to my server without any problems, regardless of which provider (Telekom, NetCologne, …) they have access to my server? Also, keyword security, can I protect the Mini-PC with normal anti-virus programs such as Avira? And if I release the mini-PC at the Fritzbox through port sharing, is my home network still protected or am I at the mercy of the world without protection?

So that the server is permanently available you need a static ip. You have to reconfigure the firewall so that it allows connections from outside, and in general it is not a good idea to hang a computer on the network for something like that without special software.

The static ip can be solved with Dyndns. I can't quite understand the last one. What special software do you need?

You can make your server accessible from the Internet via ipv6. But only for clients who also have an ipv6 connection.

If your server is taken over by a security gap, for example, the attacker can do anything from there in your home network if the server has not been isolated by further measures in the network.

A root server with a hosting provider would be better.

What options are there to protect the server or my home network? Without spending any more money. I mean, I'm definitely not the first to want to do this.
