I bought this computer on Amazon and according to Amazon it is a "Gaming PC" was I ripped off?
I don't know how much you paid for it, but it is definitely not a gaming PC, I think that even Office can cause slight problems because there's only extremely little RAM available.
Well, 2GB RAM and Intel HD Graphics can't really be called "gaming equipment", since most cell phones already have around 6GB RAM and the Intel HD isn't the newest either
Fortunately, you can give it back at Amazon!
