I know that's a stupid question, but why can't I get more than 60FPS in Minecraft? I have Vsync off and all settings are minimal I use the Badlion client. My monitor is connected to the PC via an old DVI cable. I think it's the cable. In the driver settings I don't find an option how to make the FPS unlimited. Does anyone have a guess?
It can be that geforce experience limits the fps number
Do you have the FPS limit in Minecraft "Unlimited"?
Yes
Cable I think less what fps number do you have exactly? With what hardware
60
What has your PC installed?
Ancient things.
Graka: GTX 260
Processor: Intel Dual Core
Mobo: I don't know
RAM: 4GB Corsair
Then you will probably not get more. That's not exactly powerful hardware. Do you play in full screen?
Yes
Have you tried it in the mode window?
Your components are too old as I see in your pick below…
It's almost a miracle that you get 60fps xD
Then you have an irgent a lock your cable can actually not play along as long as you do not want to change the hz number sometimes the driver lures
