Reboot the system and check if the problem persists.
Maybe it could be that your graphics card overheated while playing Minecraft. Go to Minecraft in graphics settings and see if the FPS is not set to unlimited. If so, just screw down to 60 or 100FPS maximum. Because in my opinion, limited is senseless and consumes unnecessarily a lot of power and heat. So I always leave the maximum at 80 FPS.
Start anew
Is the screen still black? → Check whether all cables are tight.
All cables tight? → Test another monitor.
Does another monitor work? → Problem with the current one.
Does the other one not work? → Graphics card, if available, check whether it is firmly seated.

If everything works after the restart, check the load / temperatures while playing. Either with HWInfo64 or the A * schBrenner (aka MSI Afterburner)
