How to Delete a Microsoft Account for Minecraft on Mobile?

So yesterday I bought Minecraft on my mobile phone so I can play with my friends (they have a switch and a mobile phone) I have created an account but unfortunately a child account and I can't accept friendships with a child account.

Can you delete that somehow or something?

As far as I know, when creating a child account you have to enter the parents' email address. This parent account should then have access to your child account and be able to activate this function for you.
