How do I get more fps despite optifine in minecraft?

With the shader, I just watch it is 37 fps, although the pc should actually manage more easily. Someone has a weaker pc and this one has more fps. Do you need any drivers?

Check whether your Geforce RTX 2070 is even working at its full clock rate in this game. The SEUS mod is quite demanding in 1440p.

A Geforce RTX 2070 has to create between about 1400 to 1700 Mhz GPU clock in 3D, and about effectively (3500) 7000 Mhz DDR for the memory.

Minecraft often zips around in the clock rates of graphics cards. (Often asked, not really solved yet: "My graphics card does not clock properly in Minecraft")

Otherwise you have to do the math yourself for the best settings for the "SEUS - Renewed".
