I've had my PC for almost a year (10 months) and in the beginning everything went well with Minecraft and had an average of 100-160fps, but for 3 months I've had 5-10fps and sometimes even 0.

Check the temperature of your processor. Download a program for this with which you can read out the temperature.
But with other games like csgo or gta everything runs smoothly

Type remove programs in the search bar, then search for Minecraft and click on uninstall.
No no mod just texture packs that I don't use
