I bought a new laptop a month ago and whenever I play Minecraft and use a shader I only have 5 FPS and I don't understand why because my laptop has an RTX 2060, an Intel Core i7-10750H and 16GB DDR4 Ram that's why I ask I do not know why I have so little FPS.
You're probably playing Minecraft through the processor's built-in graphics unit, not the graphics card. If you press F3 in Minecraft you will see the hardware listed on the right that is currently active.
In general, laptops often have the problem that they play games using the wrong graphics unit. This has to be changed for every game. To switch this you have to go to the Nvidia control panel.
Right click on the desktop, Nvidia Control Panel. (If this is not installed, download it from the Windows Store)
Then follow this tutorial.

If this was not the problem, the cause would have to be found. Reinstall MC, reinstall mods, use different shaders. And in general, what you should always do at least once a month: Update the drivers via Geforce Experience from Nvidia.
Thanks for the help now everything works
