My Minecraft is under 60 fps although other games like CSGO run at 140 fps. Can somebody help me?
You can't compare CSGO to Minecraft.
CSGO is a toaster game or every toaster can do CSGO.
I think that's a hardware problem, what do you have in your PC?
The best thing is to turn down the graphics settings. In addition, mods, shaders and texture packs can provide less FPS. A lower resolution of a texture pack can help a lot. Also check how much RAM you have allocated to Minecraft and whether there are any background processes.

I would recommend you to download Optifine. Optionally, you could also put down the chunks and definitely remove the FPS limit.

If you are not using Optifine, your fps will be lured to the refresh rate of your monitor. So you only have 60 fps because your monitor only has 60hz and can't display more than 60 fps at all.
