I'm currently playing Valorant u. Minecraft and in both I have a constant 70 fps but every 5-10 seconds I have a very short 1-2 fps and it immediately goes back to the 70 of the LAg feels a bit like a millisecond long still image. I ran my task manager on the side who says that I have no problems.
How much RAM does your pc have? Short freezers could indicate that there's not enough memory available. (You may also have a lot of background programs that reserve a lot of RAM)
Have 16gb ram 5,7 are used.

Is defensive enough… What else do you have for hardware in your PC?
As I said hardware is only used to 30-50% but I have an amd ryzen3 3300…
