Minecraft low FPS and bad utilization?

With Minecraft I only have about 60fps, even though I have a 90hz monitor. Vsync on-off does not change anything, the load is also low. Can anyone help?

What kind of processor do you have? And btw what kind of shader is that

You can assign more ram to the game. The way I see it, you currently only have 1GB. Try 2 or 4

So in the end, I'm not a real gamer or everyone is exaggerating.

60 fps is enough for me. As long as it runs smoothly.

60fps feels really gross when compared to 90 or 144hz

That's probably true. But I've never played with more than 30-60 because, unlike yours, I probably have a worse computer. To get my shader to run smoothly, I added 20gb to my special installation that I use for shader testing.
