Not enough fps with Rx 5700?

I just downloaded Minecraft for testing to see how much fps I get with my setup. The fps are not constant and fluctuate between approx. 70 and max 180, but rather on average 120. (Visibility set to 12 for Minecraft) Can someone tell me what's going on?

Your RAM is limited or you have a frame lock in it. Minecraft is also not a good benchmark

GPU, CPU, RAM utilization?

VSync activated?

Are you probably playing offline / singleplayer? Do you get less FPS if you move (far) through the world? The generation / pure streaming of chunks can cause the FPS to drop somewhat.

Di

Vsync off, multiplayer, increased RAM from 2GB to 4. I don't have anything to do with loading chunks, they are just strong fps drops.

Di

From time to time the fps go short to 200-280 and after 2s again, that varies a lot.

Have you already activated xmp in the bios?

What is that supposed to be?

@BlockenOwnz In the Heaven benchmark I saw between 170 and 250 FPS on medium settings. At the end I'm shown that min fps is 9.7, max 351.2fps and the score is 5120. On the maximum settings (Extreme, which means Ultra), I have min fps 9.3 and max fps 240.3. The final score is 3158. The gpu temp is a maximum of 66 degrees warm and cpu 55.
