Why doesn't my friend talk about strawberries?

We, my friend and I, are currently playing Minecraft and have had the strawberry theme in the Masterbuilders mode

My friend said, after I asked how he liked my strawberry, that his lawyer (to be understood as Joke) advised him not to comment on strawberries

What does he mean by that? Is it strawberries? Is there a synonym?

Possibly. Strawberry fields threaten to kill him if he reveals that el chapo wipes his bottom with strawberry bushes
