I have a problem with my game that can't be fixed by reinstalling, etc. So I wanted to write to Minecraft Support and ask, a bot replied to my email that said I should go to the page where I have to fill out a form which I also do have done, since then I have not received any more feedback

But have a look at YouTube or Google, there's any help. I think you're not the only one having this problem
