Minecraft lays despite very good hardware (rx580 ryzen5 2600)?

My minecraft lied with nem sphax 256 and nem sildurs shader although i have a good pc. My friend has almost the same equipment and the laggts net. Why is my mc. I added 8gb and my gpu load is only 70%.

My hardware:

Rx580 8Gb aurus

Ryzen 5 2600

DDR4 RAm 2400mhz 16GB

It lingers (game reacts slowly, delayed,.) Or it jerks (fps burglaries, bad input,.)?

Descriptions was sometimes more. Fps burglaries? Suddenly a lot of workload? Does the other programs use in the background?
