Constantly low fps Despite good hardware?

I downloaded Minecraft on my pc today together with Optifine and several other programs (I think it is not because of it). In any case, a month ago when I had the game with the same hardware I now have around 1000 fps 60 also if I put in fps pulling shader and co! Why is that? I have set fps to infinity🤷♂️

I would not think of a problem and I "reloaded" my graphics driver

I can't explain it anyway, I updated it to the Röhrigs version

Apparently you activated Vsync either in the game or in the graphics driver.

PS: It doesn't really matter whether you have 300 or 1000 fps. Your monitor can't do anything with such a high frame rate anyway. And it doesn't run any smoother now.
