2060 Super FPS drops?

I'm currently using an RTX 2060 Super from Aorus and have very low FPS in Minecraft. It doesn't matter whether with or without shaders. At first it always looks good (80 - 130 FPS), but it only takes a few seconds & the FPS sometimes drop to 35. What could be the reason?

Drivers are already installed and other "problems" are also excluded for the time being.
