Minecraft: Still pictures despite 60-100 + fps?

Since today I have still pictures… I play in the technology launcher on a server… No matter what I set it brings nothing… I already tried the launcher from 1gb to 7gb but it brings nothing… (my pc has 8gb ram) It is only since today What's funny… What can I do? And if the still images are there then only 30.60 FPS
