Minecraft little FPS problem?

I know it has probably been asked a thousand times, but despite a good graphics card I only have 40fps in Minecraft. Even GTA V runs at at least 60fps with high / very high settings. How can that be? Does anyone have NVIDIA settings?

I play Minecraft in the 1.7.10 Forge with about 10 mods.

My graphics card is the Nvidia Quadro 2000m

What I type: Not enough RAM allocated. You have to have Java 64 bit installed and assign about half of your ram (but at least 4GB), especially if you are still using mods.

Otherwise, maybe it has something to do with the graphics card, which is not intended for gaming, but rather for professional applications such as CAD. Maybe a driver update will help.

Right. That was originally a company computer. 4GB of RAM were allocated, which Ruckler removed. I update the drivers and install optifine

All right, hopefully it will work! If they are sophisticated mods, the fps are even normal. A buddy has an RTX 2070, 15 mods + a sophisticated shader pack and also has between 40 and 50 fps. Is not optimized so well.

Take a look at the utilization of all components. Maybe the CPU just doesn't have enough single core performance or 4GB RAM is still not enough.

So the RAM value is around 1 / 4GB
