Why do I have so little FPS in Csgo?

6GB DDR2 800MHz
As well as SSD and HDD features.

Well, I do not play big hobby and fuss except Csgo and Minecraft. In csgo I do not come with tips and tricks from YT nor from the WWW over 50 FPS. On average, these tumble at 47 rum.
