It has been like this for a month, e.g. When i play minecraft i have normal fps at the beginning and it also runs very smoothly but after a while the fps go completely randomly down (60-80) and don't work anymore up again and the gameplay also feels very spongy and superfluous (same problem in valorant and csgo) I was always able to play the games very smoothly without lags and something like that has never happened to me, I don't know what to do…

So I think it started where I had my 1st problem (my 1 question here with the problem) there was something with my ram bar that was not displayed but somehow managed, then my monitor cable was defective, But 1 day later I got a new one and everything went again, so I think it started right there after my 1st problem, it could be that I postponed something (when I cleaned my pc) or something and therefore the problem here has with the fps drops? I also think I did a window update that day, but lately I haven't actually installed / changed anything
So about before the problem I just cleaned my pc, that's why the problem with the ram bar, so I suspect that it wasn't just the ram bar.
