How many fps are normal?

I recently started playing Minecraft, wanted to ask how many fps are normal

What do you mean by that? With which PC, on which settings?

There are no normal fps because it depends on the system and the settings in the game.

Depends on. When I play with shaders I usually get 40-120 (rtx shader x512)
When I just stand around with OptiFine without a TexturePack or whatever, mostly 500+

It all depends on your hardware, your FPS limit and whether you play Vanilla, OptiFine or Sodium.

Many have 60fps but I only ever have 20 or so xD

60 FPS is sufficient. In the end it depends on your graphics card what is "normal" for it.
