Where can I find people who are good at signs?

I'm doing YouTube or I've only just started and since I don't want to show myself I thought I would always show an emoji of myself (from my Minecraft skin) who I laugh, cry etc. But since I can't draw and no or little Want to spend money (don't have PayPal) I wonder where I can find someone who can draw well. Can anyone give me help or tips?
