SkyFactory 4 little FPS?

Hello I'm currently playing SkyFactory 4 only unfortunately I notice that I only 40 to 60 FPS. My system consists of an I5 7400 RX 580 8Gb Ram Samsung 860 Evo. What can I do to add all my 8gb ram to minecraft?
