I'm a hobby gamer and play various games like Among us, LoL, Minecraft etc. But recently I have noticed that I have a lot of Fps drops than before. Do any of you know the cause? I use a laptop and my specs are as follows:
• Geforce Gt 820m 2gb
• Intel Celeron N2940 2.2 GhZ
• 8GB Ram
• 1TB of storage
It would be cool if you could help me.
Check the temperatures and see if something is running in the background that is slowing down the laptop. The laptop is generally quite a potato, you can't expect much from it anyway.
It's just difficult because you only have 8 Gb Ram and not particularly good parts, but try to close everything in Task Manager except the game you want to play and if you haven't done that yet, turn down the graphics settings
