These include programs like Steam, Geforce Experience, the Minecraft Launcher and so on…

All drivers and Windows are up to date and I do not understand what that is…

Look, see what's in the event viewer. Win + R → eventvwr. In the Event Viewer then under Windows Protocols | Applications (or possibly system)

Check if there's 32/64 bit version conflict.

Which Win 10 version do you have? And when are the programs?
